Best romantic escape! The beach villas were worth the extra cost, with beautiful views and a comfortable setup. The staff made us feel special with their warm smiles and fast, professional service. The facilities were top-notch, including the huge infinity pool and long sandy beach. We loved the variety of activities available, such as yoga and cooking, and the sublime spa experience was a highlight. The hotel shuttle bus made it easy to explore nearby attractions.

Worst aspect was the raised bed platform, which felt dangerous during nighttime trips to the bathroom. Also, the cold weather in February made it difficult to fully enjoy all the facilities, especially the pools.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right on the gorgeous beach, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was incredibly polite and friendly.

We recently had a romantic escape at a beachfront resort in Vietnam and the experience was truly magical. The entire staff at the resort provided warm and genuine hospitality, making our stay incredibly memorable. The food at the resort was excellent, with a wide variety of options for breakfast and delicious lunches by the pool. Our villa was absolutely wonderful, with a comfy bed, great water pressure in the showers, and multiple sitting areas for relaxation. We also loved the bikes provided by the resort, which made getting around the property easy and convenient.

The shuttle service to the nearby town of Hoi An was infrequent, causing us to rely on taxis more often. We also went through a lot of bottled water during our stay and it would have been nice to have reusable water bottles provided to reduce waste.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we absolutely loved the well-maintained property and the peaceful atmosphere at Nam Hai. The pool area was fantastic, providing a perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were professional and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the nice food options and the picturesque surroundings.

Room setup was odd and didn't bother me but might bother others. Didn't see any management staff interacting with guests.

Spent Christmas at this hotel and loved it! the room overlooked the ocean and the sunrise views were breathtaking. the breakfast buffet was delicious and there were many options to choose from. the hotel was located within walking distance of the beach and close to many shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.

That the pool was a bit small, but we spent most of our time on the beach so it wasn't too much of an issue. the price was a bit high, but considering the location and amenities, it was worth it.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise, offering exclusive amenities and fulfilling all of my needs. The service is impeccable and the Spa & wellness centre is wonderful. The infinity pool has breathtaking views, the beach access is perfect for a relaxing day and the outdoor dining area is ideal for enjoying delicious meals. Special diets are catered for and the private facilities are just what I needed.

The only minor issue is the lack of live entertainment. this venue exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing holiday.
