The staff went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service, offering food parcels for a loved one in the hospital and checking in on their well-being. The level of care and support received from the staff was exceptional.

There were limited options for food, especially in terms of the buffet. The shower area in the room was poorly designed, with no glass door separating it from the rest of the bathroom, causing water to splash all over the floor.

The hotel had a perfect location just on the beach, which was empty and provided a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always checking on my well-being and offering assistance. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including fresh juices and pastries. Additionally, the hotel provided transportation services, making it easy to explore the nearby city and visit the local seafood restaurant.

The penthouse experience was amazing during our new year stay. The apartment was well-designed with stunning views and had all the comforts we needed. The staff were friendly and attentive. Also, the location was perfect with the pool and beach right at our doorstep.

The rooftop bar kitchen closed early, which was a slight inconvenience. Additionally, there weren't many dining options around the hotel, but a short taxi ride solved that issue.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, so getting around can be a bit of a hassle. There is also some construction in the area, which can be noisy at times, but it didn't really affect our stay too much.

We loved the Zen Club experience at Fusion Suites! The reflexology was amazing and the massive room had breathtaking views. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Breakfast at the Zen Club was delicious. Cabs were easy to order and the Hoi An shuttle was convenient. an amazing experience for our family vacation. We highly recommend this hotel.

They even upgraded our room for free, showing their dedication to providing exceptional service. The view of the water from our room was breath-taking, and the room itself was very impressive. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and trying the phở cocktail at the rooftop bar. Despite not being in the heart of the city, the hotel's location was quiet and taxis were always available. This venue offered a perfect escape from the bustling city.

The only drawback we found was the limited vegetarian food options near the hotel. However, there were excellent vegetarian restaurants a short taxi ride away.

The hotel provided a shuttle service to popular tourist destinations like Hoi An and Ba Na Hills at a better rate than what we found online. The schedule of the shuttle buses was also very convenient, giving us enough time to explore these places. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of options that changed daily. The pool drinks were also great, and there were many activities to do on the beach. The location of the hotel, right opposite a gorgeous beach, was a major plus. There were also good seafood restaurants within walking distance.
