I was pleasantly surprised by the great location of the hotel, just around the corner from the beautiful Hoàn Kiem lake. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the woman at concierge who went above and beyond to print some documents for me. The rooms were well-appointed and clean, and I appreciated the body lotion in the bathroom. I had a comfortable stay at Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel and would recommend it to others.

We had a great stay at this place! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lake and surrounded by the bustling Old Quarter. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, there is a rooftop pool that offers a nice place to relax and enjoy the views of the city.

One negative aspect is that some rooms may have a limited or obstructed view, such as facing a wall, which can be somewhat misleading.

Ideal location for a romantic getaway. A short walk to many restaurants and attractions. the hotel breakfast had a good selection and the staff were welcoming and friendly. the hotel room was nice with a great view.

The room was noisy, could hear other guests' conversations and room doors opening and closing. the WiFi was unreliable and kept going off.

I had a fantastic stay at Golden Lotus Luxury. The breakfast spread was delicious with a great variety of options for vegetarians like myself. The people working at the hotel were absolutely amazing, always polite and respectful. The room assigned to me was lovely, overlooking the lively street from the 9th floor. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Hanoi.
