I was pleasantly surprised by the great location of the hotel, just around the corner from the beautiful Hoàn Kiem lake. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the woman at concierge who went above and beyond to print some documents for me. The rooms were well-appointed and clean, and I appreciated the body lotion in the bathroom. I had a comfortable stay at Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel and would recommend it to others.

We had a great stay at this place! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the lake and surrounded by the bustling Old Quarter. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the rooftop pool, a real treat in the heart of the city. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and convenient place to stay.

This hotel is in a great location, very close to central attractions and surrounded by plenty of stores, street food, and dining options. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, with lovely bathrooms. The staff is friendly and accommodating, offering assistance with transportation and local recommendations. The breakfast is tasty with a good variety of Western and Vietnamese options, including lots of fresh fruit. Additionally, there is a rooftop pool that offers a nice place to relax and enjoy the views of the city.

One negative aspect is that some rooms may have a limited or obstructed view, such as facing a wall, which can be somewhat misleading.

The room was noisy, could hear other guests' conversations and room doors opening and closing. the WiFi was unreliable and kept going off.

I had a fantastic stay at Golden Lotus Luxury. The breakfast spread was delicious with a great variety of options for vegetarians like myself. The people working at the hotel were absolutely amazing, always polite and respectful. The room assigned to me was lovely, overlooking the lively street from the 9th floor. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Hanoi.
