The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate all of my exceptional requests. The location was convenient, with easy access to popular attractions. The hotel was located near a police station, providing a sense of safety. The cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms was exceptional. great value for the price.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being very close to the city center and near the center of all the action. It was conveniently located next to a police station, giving us a sense of security during our stay. Additionally, the hotel was close to everything we needed, with many attractions and amenities within walking distance. The room had a balcony with a gorgeous view of Mtatsminda Park and the Holy Trinity Cathedral, allowing us to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the staff were approachable and helpful.

There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which gave us discomfort and required us to request a room change.

The hotel was perfectly located near shopping malls, cinema, and the city center. My room was incredibly clean and had a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options each day, and the staff was friendly and professional. I appreciated the amenities provided, such as the shaving kit and toothbrush. The hotel even allowed me to stay past check-out time and provided extra water bottles for my late flight.

Awesome city view from the balcony! Rooms are spotless and come with great amenities like shaving kit, toothbrush and toothpaste. Breakfast buffet is amazing with a good variety of tasty food. the staff is friendly and professional.

One of the worsts was the fact that the view from our room wasn't as expected. the room was too cold even with the blanket provided.
