Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is just a short walk from the famous Nguyen Hue walking street, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. The reception area is spacious and welcoming and the staff is professional and helpful. The hotel is close to all major tourist attractions and the port, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.

Some guests have reported mixed quality in the recently renovated portions of the hotel.

Spacious and clean room with a large, comfortable twin bed. Wide variety of breakfast options available, including Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, and Western cuisine. Convenient location with many shops and restaurants nearby. Professional and friendly staff willing to help with organizing tours. Lovely pool and gym facilities available.

Nothing not to like.

We had a fantastic stay at a gem of a hotel. The location was perfect and all aspects of the hotel offered warmth and efficiency. The rooftop pool was small but clean and perfect for chasing the sun. We highly recommend a stay here. we had a wonderful experience.

Stayed in the Ancient Wing - modern standards but great historic feel to the room has been retained. Very wide selection of options for breakfast in a well laid out area. Many staff around looking after you, very pleasant way to start the day. The hotel's location is absolutely ideal being so close to places you want to explore by foot in the surrounding area. The staff were very professional and pleasant and allowing us to check in early was a real treat. The rooms are spacious and so are the bathrooms. Having a swim after a hot day out was great. The breakfast buffet had everything you'd want and more.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in an amazing city. The breakfast menu was comprehensive and the staff were helpful. The room was A1 with all the facilities we needed. We especially enjoyed the rooftop bar with its happy hour on all drinks. The location was perfect for exploring. we highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great value for my money at the Grand Saigon. The room was lovely, with character and a nice pool. The location was perfect, close to the main pedestrian mall and our favorite rooftop restaurant. The staff treated us well and the breakfast was amazing.

This venue fulfilled all our luxurious needs. the spa and outdoor swimming pool were particularly exclusive amenities. the room advantages were notable, including a private balcony and immaculate attention to detail. the restaurant provided in-room breakfast and a range of delicious dishes, and the bar/lounge area offered breathtaking views.

The only drawback was the lack of live entertainment.
