I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and spacious enough for my family. The location next to the mall was perfect for us to go for walks and enjoy some shopping. The staff was friendly and very helpful, especially Joleen and Anna. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the breakfast included with my booking was delicious.

Great location right across from the mall and surrounded by plenty of restaurants. The staff, especially Joleen, were exceptional and went above and beyond to help us when we were locked out of our car. Clean rooms with connecting options were a plus.

Check-in took a ridiculously long time, and the room we were given had not been properly cleaned or stocked with basic amenities like towels and soap. The lobby was dirty and unattended, and we had to call the front desk to get someone to assist us.

This hotel is a great value for the money and has all the basic amenities. The staff is exceptional and the location is perfect for shopping and dining with the mall right across the street.

I especially loved how close we were to the mall to be able to go for walks and everything with the family. Great place off the interstate but worth the little extra drive into town. As a tourist, I loved the convenient location of the hotel. It was close to the mall, plenty of restaurants, retail stores, and gas stations, making it easy to find everything I needed. The room was comfortable, and the bed was amazing. I slept soundly throughout the night, thanks to the cozy and clean environment. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Additionally, I appreciated the presence of a Starbucks Coffee shop on-site, allowing me to easily grab a delicious cup of coffee whenever I wanted.

Not entirely satisfied with the housekeeping and visibility of the personnel in the lounge though. a good place to stay.
