The hotel location is great, close to a shopping center and restaurants. the staff is very friendly and accommodating, providing good service. the rooms are modern, with nice finishes and very clean.

There was some construction going on around the hotel, which also disturbed my peace at times. though, I had a good experience during my New Year's stay at this hotel, with many positive aspects to enjoy.

We stayed in a hotel that was close to shops, which was really convenient. It was nice to have a place to walk around once everything else was already closed in the area. The hotel was also located in the West Lake area, which provided a beautiful view. The room was spacious and clean, with modern finishes. The staff were professional and accommodating, arranging transport for us and even delivering a plate of fruit to our room when we missed breakfast. The facilities, such as the spa and restaurant on the 10th floor, were wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the conference center and various shops, making it convenient for us to explore the area. It was nice to have a place to walk around once everything else was already closed in the area. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, always making sure that we had everything we needed. Special mention to Miss Rosie, who spoke excellent English and provided us with helpful advice on business traveling, shopping, and eating. She was a great resource and helped us navigate any issues we had. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a fabulous bathroom and a comfortable bed. we had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

During my stay at Grandiose Hotel & Spa, I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern facilities. The shower and bathtub were exceptional, providing a relaxing experience. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I particularly appreciated the staff's accommodation for my baby, allowing for early check-in and late check-out. The breakfast, although small, was delicious, and the variety of options were satisfying.
