The value for money was great, with clean and spacious rooms. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from the sea and surrounded by good restaurants and shopping options. The staff, especially Mister Sam, were extremely helpful and gave us fantastic advice.

The Ha Long Park Hotel was the perfect choice for our stay in Ha Long. The location was fantastic, with a big nearby park that doubled as a playground for kids and a fitness area for adults. We were also just a short 10-minute walk away from the beautiful sea. The hotel itself was clean and had great facilities, but what really stood out was the exceptional staff, especially Veronica who went above and beyond as our host. She took us on a half day tour around the Bay, showing us temples, markets, and introducing us to local people. We couldn't have asked for a better guide. If we come back to Ha Long Bay, we will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

During our stay over NYE, the staff took care of all our needs. the hotel is great value for money and the staff are wonderful. They even took us on a free city tour where we learned about the history of the places we visited, including some temples and the local market. the staff were very friendly and the location was nice, situated in a local area. the wifi connection was fast and there was free parking available on-site. the rooms were comfortable, very clean, and offered a nice view.
