I recently stayed at a charming villa tucked away in a peaceful area. The location was perfect, with Bintang supermarket and one of the Neka museums just a stone's throw away. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely outdoor bathroom featuring a stone bath. The staff provided exceptional service, ensuring my stay was enjoyable and hassle-free. The breakfast options were delicious and catered to various dietary preferences. The villa had a beautiful pool surrounded by well-maintained gardens, creating a tranquil atmosphere. it was a delightful experience.

The daybed on the terrace was a bit uncomfortable and could benefit from a new cover.

The staff were fantastic, going above and beyond. Rooms beautifully decorated, spacious and comfy. Lush green garden and great pool. A peaceful temple-like retreat.

A mixed feeling to this place. Friendly staff. The hotel has no bar, no food after breakfast we asked for a beer at the poolside and they had only one left so I had to go to the shop to buy myself. The outdoor bathroom is enchanting until the ants crawl all over your toiletries and you have to flick ants off the toilet lid. The tub looked unclean and dated. Plus side was no bathroom odors! It is quaint too. Towels were unchanged first day so requested from then on. Usually would make do with same for longer but they were not clean. Cleaning is a limited experience with brushing down sheets and mopping floor. I’m sure they would change sheets if there for longer or by request. Four poster bed was nice and comfy with mosquito net. Beautiful garden. Decent pool. Room for 6 sun beds. We had no fridge but that wasn’t an issue. Nearby dining is limited. but great BBQ just doors down called Naughty Nuri's. Walk to main town 20 - 25 mins. Taxi cost 50,000 ID one way. After the busyness of Ubud it’s a quiet haven, but could be so much more as potential is there. Corners are cut in providing extras for guests which would elevate this place to a better standard. But saying all this I would say it’s perfectly located and relaxing for a short stay. very scenic and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at this venue! The location between the palms in a more upscale area was absolutely stunning. The service was impeccable, with room service, laundry, and an airport shuttle readily available. The rooms were spacious and clean, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area for added comfort. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great convenience. Additionally, the staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The leisure swimming pool was a delightful place to relax and unwind. we were extremely satisfied with our stay here.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautiful garden hideaway. the staff at Royal Villa Jepun were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to help us and ensure our safety, especially with our group of 11, including 5 children. the pool was great, and we loved being able to rent scooters at a reasonable price. the location was perfect - quiet yet still close to the central area, especially if you have a scooter.

The peaceful setting away from the main road made for a fantastic, stress-free experience. the private pool and gardens were beautifully maintained, with lush greenery and pretty flowers everywhere. the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. One of the best aspects of our stay was the exceptional cleanliness of our room, which was kept spotless throughout our trip. the fact that the hotel was conveniently located close to a small supermarket was also a plus.

We did have a personal issue with our room. the bathroom and toilet were separated without a door, which felt quite awkward and uncomfortable for us.
