Great location and friendly staff. Amazing experience with elephants, including feeding and bathing them. Free transfers with full-day excursion. Beautiful scenery, with elephants freely roaming around. Good variety of food at the restaurant.

The stay at Tawan Riverside was absolutely fantastic. The property was stunning, offering breathtaking views and a tranquil atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The highlight was definitely the full day trip with the elephants and bamboo rafting. It was a truly special experience, made even better by our amazing tour guide. The elephants at Tawan Riverside are clearly well-loved and cared for, which is incredible to witness. We had a truly memorable time and would highly recommend this hotel.

We got great value for our money at Tawan Riverside. The room had an amazing view with a big window facing trees and the river. We loved the unique experience of bathing with elephants in the river and getting a morning call from them. The staff at the resort were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring we had a wonderful stay.

The food for breakfast could have been better, maybe with more variety or some special dishes.
