I recently stayed on an amazing cruise with friendly staff, clean and nice cabins, and a diverse range of food options. the boat and rooms were comfortable, and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained. the highlight for me was the kayaking, which was a lot of fun. the staff, especially our hosts Justine and Jackie, were exceptionally friendly. I highly recommend this cruise and the experience on Halong Paloma Cruise was top-notch.

We had a fantastic experience on Paloma Cruises. the boat was sweet and the staff was extremely nice. They made our anniversary special with cake, flowers, and a song. the two night tour was worth it, with a full day of activities and a beach lunch. the rooms were clean and the food was great. a bit more expensive but definitely worth it. Special thanks to Cuong, Linh, Justin, and the rest of the team for taking such good care of us. A great time and appreciated their hard work.

Oh, joy, a tedious 4-hour road journey from Hanoi, what a delight! But hey, unless I fly, don't know any other way to get there!

The staff at the cruise were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any queries. They even upgraded us to another cruise when there was an issue with the original one. The rooms were comfortable, with a good size and a nicely appointed bathroom. The food served was amazing, with different meals served for each meal. There were plenty of activities offered, including kayaking, and there was also plenty of time to relax and do nothing if desired.

The staff at this cruise were absolutely fantastic. They provided personal service and were extremely attentive and kind. We loved chatting with them about their backgrounds and learning more about the culture of the area.

The boat is the perfect size for a comfortable and secure experience. The staff is friendly and the food is outstanding. The activities, such as kayaking and touring the caves, are enjoyable for both adults and children. The views from the boat are stunning.

Felt like a home away from home, no reason to complain.
