I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff, especially Mrs. Thuy and Hong at the reception, were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English. They were always willing to help and provided me with valuable information. The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to various points of interest in Halong. The room and bathroom were spacious and modern, with a beautiful view of the SunWheel. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. I also enjoyed the big flat TV with several English channels.

I highly recommend this hotel to families. The staff is helpful, the location is great, and the hotel offers an excellent breakfast buffet.

I recently stayed at the Halong Plaza for a few nights and I highly recommend this hotel. The location near the harbour was great and the staff were friendly. The highlight of my stay was definitely the delicious breakfast with plenty of options. it offered very good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

the room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities you would expect from a 4-star hotel. the view of Halong Bay from the hotel was stunning, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any inquiries or arrangements. the hotel's location near the long bridge to the old town made it convenient to explore the area, and taking a taxi was recommended for easier transportation.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel for a couple of days and I had a fantastic experience. The hotel was located in a quiet area, ensuring that I didn't have to deal with any traffic noise. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay. The hotel also had a range of amenities, including a spa & wellness center, swimming pools, and a fitness studio, ensuring that I had plenty of options for relaxation and entertainment. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially liked the fact that the hotel had a tour desk, making it convenient for me to book and arrange activities in the area.

This place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to others. The hotel not only provided enhanced comfort and quality services but also had a great location, with nearby restaurants and attractions.

Spacious room with a huge, comfy bed and a bathroom including a bathtub and shower. Varied breakfast with delicious local and Western options. Enjoyed the pool and appreciated the attentive staff who went above and beyond. Convenient location near cable car and good local eateries within walking distance. Extended our stay due to the great experience.

The location of the hotel was stunning, with a great view of the bay and the bridge. We could see the small harbours and the sun wheel from our room on the 11th floor. the buffet breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options. the hotel is situated just a few minutes away from the central location in the city, which has plenty of shops, pubs, and bars. the taxis were easily accessible from outside the hotel.

The hotel was quite far away from the main area of the city, which was rather inconvenient. the bridge was huge, and it took us quite some time to walk across it to get to the most interesting part of the city.

The value for money at Halong Plaza was exceptional, with clean and spacious rooms that were extremely comfortable. The location was convenient, allowing us to easily explore Halong Bay, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

For breakfast options, it would have been nice to have a wider variety of vegetarian dishes available.

Stunning views day and night, spacious and comfortable rooms with a bath and walk-in shower. Delicious breakfast buffet with plenty of choices. Excellent air-conditioned fitness suite and spa. a wonderful stay! I'll recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is not ideal as it is situated in a Four Season restaurant on the seafront, which blocks the view of the bay. Additionally, it is on Cat Ba Island, far away from any area of interest to walk around or the port from which the cruise ships for the bay cruise are located. However, the room itself was spacious with a nice view of the bay from the 7th floor. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. There is also a fitness center and a snooker table available for use.

The hotel's appearance is a bit old and it had a slight moldy smell in the room.

The restaurant at the hotel served delicious food and provided excellent service. We received a 10% discount on our meals. Despite the weather not being ideal for swimming, the pool looked inviting. We had a pleasant and enjoyable stay at the hotel.

Comfy bed, lovely linen, amazing view. Well-equipped junior suite with stocked mini bar. Huge walk-in closet. Accommodating staff managed to provide excellent dinner during a banquet. Late check-out didn't inconvenience for excellent breakfast.

As party people, we loved the vibrant atmosphere and lively nightlife at Halong Plaza Hotel. The hotel offered a great variety of fun activities and workshops, keeping us entertained throughout our stay.
