We had a fantastic time on the Sapphire Cruise! The transfer from the hotel with Lee, our initial tour guide, was smooth and well-organized. Sunny, our next guide, made us feel welcome with a refreshing welcome drink on the boat. The activities, such as kayaking and swimming, were enjoyable for the whole family. The staff were patient, helpful, and provided great value for money. The food throughout the cruise was amazing, ensuring that we never went hungry. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the communal spaces on the boat were nicely designed.

I had an incredible stay at a cruise in Ha Long Bay. The food, scenery, and activities were absolutely fabulous. The staff was attentive and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Waking up to breathtaking sunsets and kayaking through Bright Cave were definite highlights. Learning to make spring rolls was a fun and tasty experience. The convenience of being picked up and dropped off at my hotel in Hanoi made everything easy.

It was not the room we had booked and was smaller and cheaper than what we had expected. The manager tried to convince us that it was a better room, but we knew that it was not the same as what was advertised.

From the moment we were picked up in Hanoi to the end of our trip, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. the food served during our stay was delicious and plentiful, and the activities provided were both fun and enjoyable. the highlight for me was the breathtaking views from the room, where I could relax in the jacuzzi tub while gazing out at the bay. I highly recommend opting for the 3 day 2 night package, as it allows for more time to explore and relax. the Sapphire cruise exceeded my expectations and I am so glad I chose this trip after searching for the perfect option.

We had a lovely and relaxing cruise with Halong Sapphire Cruise. The pick up from Hanoi was smooth and the arrival at the boat was easy. Our room was beautiful with a balcony and a rainfall shower and jacuzzi bath. The meals were huge and amazing. It was the perfect way to conclude our trip to Vietnam with a bit of luxury.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right by the engine room and entrance. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with excellent showers. The staff was amazing and made us feel welcomed. The food was outstanding and the activities were well organized.

That the Tai Chi session at 6 am was too early for those who prefer to sleep in.

There were a few issues during my trip. The pick-up process was disorganized, with the driver arriving both early and late.
