The location of the cruise was convenient, as it allowed us to easily explore the stunning caves in Ha Long Bay. The room was clean and comfortable, with breathtaking views of the bay. Additionally, the cruise offered kayaking and swimming activities, which were a highlight of the trip.

One negative aspect was that the cave visit was not to the big, famous one, so it was not as impressive as expected.

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfect for us, as it was close to some more quiet areas of the bay. We had just spent 4 days on Cat Ba island, so we didn't have any desire to go back to the city. The service was top-notch, with staff making their best efforts to be helpful. The room amenities were excellent, with heating, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. We also enjoyed the terrace and dressing area in our room. The soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, allowing us to fully unwind.

Our tour guide was really great and informative. The staff were helpful with our drinks at the bar, and the destinations we visited were breathtaking! We were able to easily arrange transportation to and from the hotel.

We weren't provided enough water and had to purchase additional drinks. , the free WiFi didn't work and we had an issue with paying at the end of the stay.
