I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Hanoi! the location was perfect - right in the center of the city, making it easy for me to walk to all the major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist and provide helpful recommendations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were especially cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. I was also pleasantly surprised to find that breakfast was included in the rate, and it was absolutely delicious! this hotel provided great value for money and I highly recommend it.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were basic, but they were incredibly clean and comfortable, almost like they were new. The attention to detail was impressive, as they provided free toiletries and even complimentary coffee in the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the manager who went the extra mile to accommodate our needs. The location was perfect, as we were able to easily walk to all of the major attractions in the city center. We also appreciated the high-pressure shower and the comfortable bed.

The only small issue we noticed was a slight odor in the water, but it didn't bother us much.

The manager and staff at Aria Central Hotel & Spa were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my stay. They spoke excellent English and were always available to assist with any questions or concerns. When the light in my room broke, it was quickly fixed within an hour. The hotel also provided a map and clear directions to help navigate the city. The bed was comfortable, the shower had hot water, and the breakfast was delicious. For the price I paid, the hotel offered good value and a convenient central location. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location near the train station made it convenient for us to explore the city. We were able to easily walk to several museums and Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags after check-out. The rooms were clean and the AC worked well, providing a comfortable stay.

We loved the spacious rooms and the hotel's excellent location. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. The breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. A great place for young families.

Staff went out of their way to help with computer repair, even giving a ride on a motorcycle. Good location near train station, AC works well. Standard double room has street view, some rooms lack windows. Breakfast includes fruits, coffee, and eggs. Helpful and friendly staff.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks provided in the room as well as the complimentary breakfast. the location of the hotel was also great as it was within walking distance to the railway station, making it convenient for travel. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made my stay enjoyable.

The room I stayed in was smaller than I expected and lacked privacy due to the bathroom being separated by a glass door. the air conditioning in the hotel was not effective, causing the common areas to feel very hot and stuffy.
