The staff were kind, accommodating and helpful. They fixed a glitch in our itinerary and made our stay enjoyable. The room was spacious with a nice balcony. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located, within walking distance to the Old Quarter. Breakfast and refreshment drinks were good.

I stayed at Bonjour Hanoi for a week during my trip to Vietnam. Thomas, the friendly staff member, made my stay even better by providing helpful directions and arranging a taxi for me. The internet was fast, the air conditioning and fan kept the room comfortable, and the hot water had good pressure. The beds were comfy, the room was quiet at night, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. Plus, the staff helped me book a Halong Bay trip during the TET holiday.

The staff at Hanoi Blue Sky Hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They even provided me with free use of their computers! The location is great for both sightseeing and shopping. What a steal!

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk away from Dong Xuan Market. Despite some minor issues with the internet connection and cleanliness, I found the overall value for money to be good. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Hanoi.

Loved being treated to 24hr tea, coffee, fruit, and breakfast. Amazing staff assisted with luggage, laundry, and currency exchange. Free Wi-Fi, computers, tour/ticket assistance, and airport shuttle. Shopping nearby. A must-experience hotel indeed.

We had a delightful stay at Bonjour Hanoi Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging our taxi and even meeting us at the train station early in the morning. They went above and beyond by carrying our heavy luggage to the room and assisting with our travel arrangements. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and quiet. The location was convenient, close to the old quarter and other facilities we needed. a highly recommended hotel with great value for money.

Great stay: Friendly staff, decent breakfasts, big air conditioned rooms and great shower. Good location close to old quarter and convenient taxis. Fast internet available. Could use mosquito net. Room at front a bit noisy but settled down after 11pm. a great base for a Hanoi trip.

During our stay, we loved the location of the hotel. It was very near the heart of the old quarter, allowing us to easily explore the bustling streets and markets. The hotel was also far enough for a slight reprieve from the noise and crowds.

There were a few flights of steps to climb as the elevator only went up to a certain floor. It was a bit inconvenient for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage.
