The Database Room at Hanoi Chic Boutique Hotel was nice and clean with a perfect central location. The receptionist, Ryan, was extremely helpful and offered assistance with train tickets and sightseeing tours. The superior room was spacious, and the bed provided a comfortable night's sleep. I also enjoyed having a balcony. The hot water in the shower worked well after waiting just a few minutes. I highly recommend this hotel.
