I recently stayed at The Icons Lisbon Central Hotel for a night during the Rock in Rio festival. The hotel is beautifully decorated and conveniently located near the bus terminal in Sete Rios. It only took me 10 minutes to walk to the festival grounds. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice shower. The breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options, including fresh fruit. I also appreciated the pleasant smell that permeated the hotel. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely book here again.

The hotel is conveniently located about 15-20 minutes away from the airport by taxi and is close to a metro station and the Lisbon Zoo. The sound isolation is impressive considering the proximity to the airport. Additionally, the hotel provides complimentary pasteis de natas in the room and has a nice balcony and efficient air conditioning.

We had an incredible stay at the Icons Lisbon Central. The location was perfect, with a variety of excellent restaurants and attractions nearby like the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation and the Oceanary. The entire hotel was beautifully clean and aesthetically pleasing. The staff was friendly, polite, and incredibly helpful. We enjoyed daily housekeeping, fast wifi, and a delicious breakfast spread. a fantastic experience.

No tea facilities in the rooms or small fridge.

This hotel had a perfect location with an easy access to the metro and bus stops. The breakfast was amazing and included in my room rate. The staff was really friendly and welcoming, going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Plus, the daily room cleaning was exceptional, leaving me with fresh linen and towels every day.

The main road nearby was quite busy and made it noisy at times. , I wasn't too happy that the room cleaners threw away some things on my bedside table that I needed for my flight.

Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with an interesting decoration and balconies to enjoy. Lastly, the location was perfect, being quite close to the airport and just a short walk away from the bus station and Marques Pombal square. In addition, the staff was friendly and the basic amenities were provided, making our stay even more enjoyable. And let's not forget the very nice breakfast in the morning, which included eggs and was included in the price of the room!

All was fine, but the hotel could consider adding fridges or kettles in the rooms for guests to have hot water before bed.
