When we arrived later than expected, they quickly prepared our room and even offered us a complimentary drink while we waited. The staff was helpful in arranging transportation and providing recommendations for local attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

Linda, in particular, was incredibly helpful with maps and information, and her excellent English made our first visit to Vietnam so much easier. the back room we stayed in was peaceful and comfortable, providing a nice retreat from the continuous street noise. the breakfast offered a good selection of hot and cold options. the hotel also arranged taxis to and from the airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Highly recommended for the excellent value and convenient location.

The location is fantastic, conveniently close to shops and in the center of the bustling old town part of the city. It's just a walk up one street to get to the lake and busier central area.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. From picking us up at the airport to assisting us with a lost phone and even accompanying us to the police station, their level of service was outstanding. They were also quick to accommodate our late departure by preparing a delicious breakfast for us to take with us on our bus trip. The rooms were clean and came with a bonus of a computer with internet access, which was really convenient.

All in all, our experience at this hotel was top-notch and we couldn't have asked for more.

They organized excellent tours for us and took care of our luggage while we were away. the breakfast, included in the room rate, was very good with a nice selection. the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to many attractions. the quality of everything was top-notch, and we would definitely recommend Gratitude to others.
