During my New Year stay, I absolutely loved the attentive and friendly staff, who were always ready to assist and genuinely interested in making sure I had a great experience. the location of the hotel in the heart of the old quarter was perfect, as it allowed easy access to local bars, cafes, and shops, while still being within a short walking distance of the main tourist area. Another great aspect was the comfortable bed and spacious room, providing ample space for my bags.

the first room I was given had a strange smell in the bathroom, but the staff promptly changed my room the next day, ensuring I had a lovely room thereafter. it would have been beneficial to have a safe in the room for added security.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this hostel. the staff were welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. They were attentive to our needs and made us feel right at home. the hostel was always clean, and they even offered a quick laundry service. We appreciated that they organized a tour to Halong Bay for us, which was of good quality. the breakfast options were fresh and delicious. the best part was that they kept our big bags safe whenever we went on excursions outside of the city. We can't thank the staff enough for their hospitality and would definitely come back one day!
