Our 2-week stay at E Central Luxury Hotel & Restaurant was made incredibly easy by the hotel staff. Everything went smoothly, and our price was better than other travelers we met. The location near the lake was peaceful at night, and the staff, especially Ms. Lily, were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, and the room was clean and comfortable. We felt at home and experienced Vietnamese hospitality. Highly recommend!

As women travelling alone, we loved the comfortable and cozy room with daily complimentary bottled water and hot beverages. The fruit basket on arrival was a nice touch. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the old town and the lake. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to our needs and requests.

The hotel is just a short walk away from the serene lake, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful views and take leisurely strolls. the hotel is situated close to the vibrant street food area, providing easy access to delicious local cuisine in the evenings. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, with spacious bathrooms and all the necessary amenities. The staff provides excellent service and is always ready to assist guests with any requests. The breakfast at the in-house restaurant offers a variety of options to start the day off right. the hotel provides a pleasant and convenient stay in a prime location.

One slight drawback is that the sounds from the hallway can sometimes be heard from the rooms, which may disturb guests who are light sleepers.

I had an amazing stay at E Central Luxury Hotel & Restaurant. The service was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel may be small, but it is well-managed and kept extremely clean. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Hoan Kiem Lake. The breakfast offered a great variety of both Western and Asian dishes. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Hanoi.

We had an amazing stay here in this hotel! We loved that this place was in the heart of the city and we could walk everywhere! This hotel also had really great service, with room service, tours and airport transfers all easily arranged. We were even greeted with complimentary drinks which was a really nice touch. The staff were so polite and helpful, making sure they had all the details and helped us with everything we needed. We were blown away by the room amenities and the size of the rooms. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We also enjoyed the leisure facilities such as the spa and wellness centre and the outdoor dining area.
