The rooms are spacious and clean, with excellent shower pressure and consistent water temperature. The staff goes above and beyond to provide a friendly and helpful experience for guests. The breakfast buffet offers a delicious selection of food, including eggs, breakfast meat, toast, cheese. There are also additional facilities like a spa and heated pool that add to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

There were some issues with the restaurant service, such as a delayed opening time and an unexpected dress code that caused inconvenience for guests.

Beautiful hotel with a hot pool and nearby spa. Discounted thermal suite for guests. Excellent restaurant, including delicious breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff go above and beyond, even offering car wash service. Can't wait to return with family and friends.

Enjoyed the relaxing hot spring pools and delicious food offered. Location of the hotel was surrounded by beautiful gardens and flowers.

Rooms were small and drafty, and no Wi-Fi access in the rooms. the poolside snack bar was overpriced and empty.

We had a fantastic stay at Hosteria Duran. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent shower pressure and consistent water temperature. The breakfast buffet had a great selection and the restaurant served delicious food. The location was perfect, just a short drive from downtown Cuenca. The hotel also had a lovely spa with thermal pools, sauna, and steam bath, which we had free access to. a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this hotel.
