I had a lovely experience at the hotel. the entrance area is beautiful and the location in the Old Quarter is very convenient. the staff at Esplendor Hotel And Spa were amazing, especially Lena from the front desk. the room was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. the hotel is also surrounded by great coffee shops and restaurants. the staff were helpful and even offered to store our luggage in advance and provided an early check-in for us. I felt that they really cared about their guests.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value for money. The staff were exceptionally friendly and spoke excellent English, making me feel very comfortable and welcome. The room had a charming boutique vibe with cute tiles and finishes, and it was impressively clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city.

There are plenty of vegan restaurants, good cafes, and eateries in the vicinity, offering diverse dining options. The rooms are clean, stylish, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and linens. The staff is friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to assist guests. The breakfast on the rooftop is delicious and offers a great start to the day.

There was some minor construction work going on during the stay, but it didn't significantly affect the overall experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was excellent, very clean and cozy. The location was perfect as we could walk to everywhere in the old town within 10 minutes. The staff was incredibly nice and warm, providing us with useful information about special events, nice restaurants, and more. They also offered to store our luggage after check-out and even provided a free shower room before our night flights. The hotel's hospitality made our vacation in this city truly enjoyable.
