I had a lovely experience at the hotel. the entrance area is beautiful and the location in the Old Quarter is very convenient. the staff at Esplendor Hotel And Spa were amazing, especially Lena from the front desk. the room was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. the hotel is also surrounded by great coffee shops and restaurants. the staff were helpful and even offered to store our luggage in advance and provided an early check-in for us. I felt that they really cared about their guests.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the old quarter of Hanoi and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and value for money. The staff were exceptionally friendly and spoke excellent English, making me feel very comfortable and welcome. The room had a charming boutique vibe with cute tiles and finishes, and it was impressively clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city.

All was great, no major issues to report.

The staff is friendly and helpful, going the extra mile to assist guests. The breakfast on the rooftop is delicious and offers a great start to the day.

There was some minor construction work going on during the stay, but it didn't significantly affect the overall experience.

I recently stayed in this hotel and had a great experience. I was impressed with the location, being in the old town of Hanoi, it was close to everything and gave me an authentic experience. Secondly, the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Lastly, I loved their breakfast, which was served at the rooftop, and it was super delicious.

No negatives as everything was perfect!
