During our stay at the Hanoi Exclusive Hotel, we were impressed by the warm smiles and helpfulness of all the staff. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable furnishings. The breakfast exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel also offered great tour and massage choices. The location was perfect, close to the city center, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Hanoi.

The location was perfect, close to attractions and locals. The owner Zoom was friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended best local food and organized trips. Invited us for dinner with his family, a unique experience. Rooms spacious and brand new. Comfortable bed and 10/10 shower. Phenomenal breakfast. Staff extremely accommodating and helpful. Reasonably priced.

We had an amazing city break at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home. The location was perfect for us, close to all the main attractions and easily accessible to public transportation. What we enjoyed the most was the spacious and clean rooms, which had all the modern facilities needed. the owner was very knowledgeable and helped us to arrange a great Halong and Batulong cruise.

To be honest, we don't have much to complain about our stay at this hotel. The only thing that could be improved is the pricing of the hotel tour package, which was a bit more expensive than what we found online.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to all of the attractions and everything you need. The staff here are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, recommending the best places to eat and organizing great trips for guests. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with great facilities like a mini bar and daily cleaning service. The breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and comfortable, even offering to prepare breakfast for early departures.

The rooftop club next to the hotel can be noisy in the evenings, but it becomes quiet after 10pm, so it doesn't affect sleeping.
