Felt exceptional, no reason to complain.

The hotel offered free Wi-Fi and had a good selection of power sockets in the room. The location was great, right in the heart of the city with plenty of eateries and shops nearby. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff who were always ready to answer questions.

The TV in the room didn't work and when I tried to complain, I found that the phone in the room was also dead. I was too tired to go down to reception and since I was checking out the next day, I didn't bother to mention it.

We booked a train through the hotel and the quality of the carriage was below expectations. However, this was not the hotel's fault as they should not be held responsible for the standard of the train company.
