We got great value for our money at Hotel Royal. The room was clean and comfortable with super comfy beds and a great shower. The location was perfect, within walking distance to most places. Highly recommend!

As women travelling alone, we felt truly looked after at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always providing support and guidance throughout our stay. They organized fantastic tours for us and even upgraded our room to the best one with an amazing view. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The facilities and amenities were top-notch. Breakfast was also wonderful, with a great selection of food.

Elevator was slow.

This hotel, located in the bustling old quarter of Hanoi, is a great value for money. The basic amenities are great and the rooms have lovely three-sided windows that overlook the city's rooftops. The staff are extremely helpful and pay great attention to detail, making for a very pleasant stay. The breakfast options are plentiful and can be enjoyed as early as 6:15 am.

We stayed at a hotel in the old quarter during Christmas and had a great time. the staff were extremely helpful and offered us complimentary breakfast and drinks. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to popular restaurants and tourist attractions. We also enjoyed the spacious and well-equipped rooms.

The AC in our room was not functioning properly and the windows did not open, making the room stuffy. the neighborhood around the hotel was a bit rough, which made us feel uneasy at times.

Excellent hospitality, awesome team, smooth airport pick up and drop off, went beyond to help, commendable customer service, helped with packaging, tip top cleanliness, friendly and warm service, conveniently located, short walk to the lake, near eateries and happening places, delicious breakfast, clean and comfortable room, helpful staff, recommendations for things to do and places to eat, daily cleaning, great breakfast and coffee, enjoyable walks by the nearby lake.
