The fridge in the room was a convenient feature for keeping our drinks cool. it was a great hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Hanoi.

You can easily explore these places on foot and immerse yourself in the local culture by sitting on little stools on the sidewalk. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with everything in working order. The staff is friendly and ready to assist you with any needs or questions you may have. The breakfast is delicious, especially the bread with ham and cheese.

The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring the Old Quarter of Hanoi. It's right in the middle of all the action and within walking distance to the markets and Hoan Kiem Lake. Located in a cool area of old Hanoi, Holiday Suites Hotel & Spa is perfect for exploring the old quarter and walking down to the lake. The hotel is conveniently close to beer street and the Military Museum. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly and helpful, saving guests money on cabs. the breakfast includes options like omelets or Pho, and the shower in the room is excellent.

The cleanliness could be improved as some areas were not thoroughly cleaned after the previous occupants.
