The hotel offers essential facilities such as a lift and gym, which was convenient for us. the rooms were clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated, just like the pictures on their website. the staff were exceptional in their service and always went above and beyond to meet our needs. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and easily accessible to other parts. We always felt safe, even when walking around late at night.

the breakfast options were quite limited and not very satisfying. the noise from the street outside could be heard in our room, which made it difficult to sleep peacefully.

We loved staying at this place in the old quarter which was perfect for exploring all the main attractions on foot. The service was impeccable - the staff helped us with everything from room service to tours and was always so friendly. The amenities were amazing, beyond what we expected, everything from the car hire to the airport shuttle service to the happy hour was top-notch. We were impressed with the soundproofed rooms that offered a great night's sleep and the toiletries provided were simply amazing. The staff here made sure we were happy and that all our needs were met.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the Old Town area. It's in a perfect location, within walking distance of all the main tourist spots and surrounded by fantastic local eateries. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, with exceptionally comfortable beds. The complimentary wireless internet was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day.

I recently stayed at the Hanoi Lheritage Hotel for a week-long trip to explore the city. The hotel's location in the heart of the old town was perfect for my adventurous sightseeing. The staff at the hotel, especially Emmanuel, provided excellent service and went out of their way to accommodate us. The rooms were clean and trendy, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The best part was when they allowed us to leave our luggage with them on the day we flew out and even let us shower before heading to the airport. a great hotel with exceptional staff.
