The staff at La Sinfonia Majesty was incredibly responsive and accommodating. They arranged transportation to and from the airport for our family and even prepared a breakfast to go when we had to leave early in the morning. The rooms were clean and quiet, and the hotel had a refreshing welcome drink and snack upon arrival. The personal touch of a handmade thank you note made the experience even more special.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at a boutique hotel in a fantastic location in the Old Quarter. The hotel was beautifully decorated and had a stunning sky bar where I enjoyed breathtaking sunset views. The staff were incredibly friendly, always wearing genuine smiles and ready to assist with any request, making my stay even more special. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of creative options. The rooms were tastefully decorated and practical, although the view wasn't the most attractive. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was essential in the local climate. I had a nearly perfect experience at La Sinfonia Majesty Hotel And Spa.

The view from the executive rooms wasn't very appealing, so I would recommend requesting rooms at the end of the building. Also, some guests may find the staff's high level of attentiveness a bit over the top, especially if staying for a longer period.

Room was spacious with a perfect balcony. Luxurious bed linen and comfortable bed. Staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful. Got great recommendations on sightseeing and food. Faultless service. Breakfast was nice.

Staying here was amazing! The location is perfect, right in the centre of the old town close to the top 10 Vietnamese restaurants according to trip advisor. The staff are incredibly friendly and hospitable, offering personalized services with a smile. The room amenities were great, with soundproofed rooms and a mini-bar. The leisure spa & wellness centre is a must-visit, offering sauna, massage, and live entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is a plus, and the luggage storage and 24-hour reception staff made me feel safe and secure.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter. You can easily walk to the lake and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff at the hotel are amazing and provide excellent service throughout your stay. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained.
