The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was great, within walking distance to attractions, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing experience staying at this 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. We were able to easily explore the local street food vendors and also enjoy international cuisine just a few steps away. The proximity to the Hoan Kiem Lake was a huge perk as well, allowing us to take leisurely strolls and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff at this hotel was beyond excellent, providing us with top-notch customer service throughout our stay. They were always attentive to our needs and even helped us with arranging transport to the airport. We were truly impressed with their level of professionalism and care.
