stayed here recently and was horrified by the noise late into the night, really ruins the vibe. also, the breakfast was just okay—definitely not worth raving about. expected a room upgrade after all this, but alas, no special treatment at this so-called 'spa. ' I almost gave this a good review, but just couldn’t.

Upon check-in, I felt pressured to avoid the balcony room. The reception insisted that the noise would be unbearable, yet the nightclub was closed during our stay, rendering their claims dubious. The breakfast was below expectations, lacking appeal for Western tastes, and I found it frustrating that misrepresentations about the rooms impacted our experience so negatively.

the bathrooms are a disaster, with wobbly tubs and unspeakable mould hiding in the corners. the air conditioning was temperamental, leaving me to melt like ice cream in the heat. and to top it all off, expecting a warm pool was just wishful thinking—what a joke. I almost considered giving this a good review, but just couldn’t.
