The team at this hotel are amazing and really went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable! From organizing transfers to suggesting great places to see, they were always there to help with a friendly smile. the welcome drink was a nice touch and made me feel right at home. the location couldn't have been better, allowing me to easily explore the area on foot. the breakfast was also a highlight with delicious options.

The small window in my room meant that there was no natural light and it could sometimes feel a bit stuffy. There was also some drilling noise from the next door that was quite disruptive.

The staff, especially Anna, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was freshly cooked to order and had a large selection. The hotel is in a great location, close to everything you need for a short stay and all the tourist places in the city center. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean with all the necessary amenities.
