The beds were very comfortable, and the facilities well-maintained. the central location in the Old Quarter was perfect, close to many attractions. the noise insulation could be improved, especially during the lively weekends.

Traveller House was a cozy den in the heart of Hanoi's bustle. Staff were legends, letting us stash our gear for our Halong Bay voyage and even after check-out. the digs were clean, quiet despite the street hype, and the pancake brekky? An absolute banger! Bonus points for the primo location and 24hr reception.

On the flip side, the room temps were tropical, and more showers would've been mint, but didn't face any line-ups. Bit of elbow grease needed for maintenance, though the character brought by a rogue mosquito added a dash of adventure to the scene.

Traveller House staff was extremely helpful, polite, and present round the clock for assistance. the hostel provided a clean environment, including daily cleaning in the female dorms. the fresh and delicious breakfast was a nice touch. the location in the Old Quarter was convenient for all necessities.
