The hotel had outstanding complementary facilities, from the buffet breakfast to the polite English-speaking staff that were more than accommodating of any requests. the location was also Key, with easy access to convenience stores, laundries, and delicious food choices. the modern rooms were comfortable, and the staff was always on top of their game with their communication skills.

The room size was slightly smaller than expected, with limited space at the end of the bed to move around. It was also tough to adjust the air conditioning to the right temperature, which made it uncomfortable to sleep sometimes.

Great location in the heart of Hanoi, close to the old quarter and Hoan Kiem Lake. Clean and well-equipped rooms, especially the 6th room with a big balcony and nice shower. Competitive prices for the level of service provided. Polite and friendly staff who go out of their way to be helpful. Varied breakfast with different food options every day.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hanoi that I can highly recommend. the hotel's location was unbeatable, as it was situated right near the famous Hoàn Kiếm Lake. It was so convenient to be able to walk a few minutes and find myself in the middle of the Old Quarter, with its exciting atmosphere and entertainment options. Additionally, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and provided impeccable service throughout my stay. They were friendly, accommodating, and always had a smile on their faces. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. Despite not having real windows to the street, the hotel made up for it by providing clean, spacious rooms with basic amenities that were perfect for my needs.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was wonderful and I have no complaints whatsoever.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better, as it is right next to Hoan Kiem Lake. This allows for easy access to the beautiful lake and its surrounding attractions. Additionally, guests can enjoy a short walk to the Water Puppet Theatre for a cultural experience. The room facilities are perfect, with the brand new property providing clean and spacious accommodations. The staff are warm, welcoming, and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.
