The staff at this hotel were amazing! They went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They even gave me a free ride to the bus station and helped me book my trip to Ha Giang at a great price. The rooms were comfortable and I slept really well. The breakfast had a good selection and the beds were comfy. I also liked that they rented me a motorbike at a great price and made it convenient for me to pick up and drop off. The highlight was definitely the friendly and helpful family that runs the hotel.

heart of sapa exceeded my expectations during my recent stay in sa pa. the top floor room with its mountain views, cozy bed, and modern bathroom was perfect. the family running the hotel were kind and helpful, and the made-to-order breakfast was a great start to the day.

I had the best stay in Asia at Heart Of Sapa! the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, even preparing a bed for us when we arrived in the middle of the night. the rooms were clean and had everything we needed, and the location was perfect, right in the center. We also took their trekking tour, which was fantastic with a knowledgeable local guide. I highly recommend this hotel for its great service and value for money.

We stayed at Heart Of Sapa for a couple of nights during our trip to explore the beautiful surroundings. The hotel offers exceptional service, making us feel like part of the family. The owners took great care of us and were always available to help with anything. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with great food options nearby. The room was cozy, clean, and had a great view. We also enjoyed the warm shower and nice bathroom. The English-speaking owner made communication easy. Renting bikes and assistance with bus tickets were convenient extras. we highly recommend this place for a memorable stay in Sapa.
