The Hilton hotel had friendly staff and an amazing breakfast buffet with a great location near the Han River. they had unethical practices regarding deposits and issues with room temperature. Despite some helpful staff, the overall experience was marred by cleanliness concerns and poor soundproofing.

Just got back from a hotel near the sea with stunning views and great services – room service, tours assistance, and more. the pool was even better than the photos! DEFINITELY coming back!

The location was great, near the Dragon bridge and Han's market, with a Starbucks next door. the breakfast buffet was amazing, with a wide selection of foods to choose from.

Despite some minor room issues, the stay at Hilton Da Nang was enjoyable. the plentiful breakfast buffet and great view of Han River added to the experience. the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers provided relaxation, but the noisy environment hindered tranquility. Nearby landmarks like Dragon Bridge enhanced family bonding. Nice stay, though could improve service details and soundproofing.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, surrounded by local street food and restaurants, including Starbucks. The staff is well-trained and professional, providing exceptional service. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and furnished with high-quality amenities, ensuring a pleasant stay.

As a couple, we loved the delightful service from the Database Staff and the faultless check-in and out processes. The restaurant and room service staff were also great, providing excellent service. The room itself was very good, with an extremely comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. The level of service at the hotel was top-notch, with English-speaking staff and attention to detail. The concierge even went above and beyond to help us when my friend had food poisoning, offering assistance and providing thoughtful remedies. the Hilton provided a comfortable and relaxing stay with great service.

The variety of breakfast is legit and the staffs are super friendly as they go extra miles to make many recommendations for both eatery and attractions. The room is clean and spacious with a nice view of the river and ocean. The gym facility is great and well-equipped. The location is perfect, within walking distance to Han Market, Cong Caphe, and Pink Church. The staff provided excellent service and promptly addressed any issues we had during our stay. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Our luxurious and exclusive stay here was delightful. the private facilities of the venue exceeded our expectations. the in-room breakfast, as well as the special diet menus, were exceptional. We enjoyed the heated swimming pool and sun loungers, which added to our relaxation.

It was not central and took some time to travel to the main attractions.
