I had a wonderful time at Ho Tram Beach Boutique Resort & Spa. The check-in process was smooth and Ms. Nhi at the front desk provided exceptional service. She warmly welcomed us and accommodated our request for a ground floor room, making our stay with two small kids much easier. The room itself was comfortable and had effective air conditioning. The beach was relaxing and the sunbeds provided a great spot to enjoy the beautiful views. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of options. The resort also had a nice pool and a lovely garden, perfect for children. I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at this resort.
