The hotel is conveniently located close to the Opera House, with a nice park and train station just down the street towards the southeast. There are also plenty of restaurants in the vicinity, providing easy access to local food. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with amenities such as TV, air conditioning, and decent bathrooms. The staff speak good English and are helpful, arranging taxis for guests.

The reception staff can be unfriendly and rude, making guests feel unwelcome.

During my recent stay at Hoang Hai Hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the impressive breakfast buffet spread. The variety of options was extensive, catering to different tastes and preferences. From freshly baked pastries to a selection of delicious fruits, I was spoiled for choice. The highlight for me was the local Vietnamese dishes, bursting with authentic flavors. It was a delightful way to start each day of my stay.

Although I did encounter a couple of minor inconveniences, such as intermittent power failure and brief wifi outages, these did not significantly impact my overall experience.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Vietnam. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with many highlights and restaurants just a stone's throw away. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, such as the card to open the door, which made it very convenient. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always wearing welcoming smiles and ready to assist. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options to choose from.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was exceptional and there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

The hotel was clean and the bed sheets and towels were changed daily. The location was excellent, with plenty of options for street food and good shoe shops nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

The Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable and there were occasional power cuts. The air conditioning took a while to cool the room down, but once it did, it was comfortable.

The room was damp at first, but a quick room change solved the issue. Clean and comfortable with helpful staff. Good location, decent breakfast, and reliable wifi. Bag storage available.
