Great location right on the beach and beautiful views. the staff were friendly and helpful. the condo had all the necessary amenities and the bathroom was recently renovated.

The roosters in the area can be quite loud in the early morning. the lower level condos had creaky floors from above.

The location of the hotel was great, with direct beach access and excellent snorkeling spots just a short walk away. The pool was well-maintained, and the apartment had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

The cleanliness of the condo was not up to par, with a strong fish sauce odor and mold in the bathroom.

The independent and relaxed atmosphere was just what I needed. The full kitchen made my longer stay easy and affordable. I loved seeing all the sweet kitties on the property, and the fast internet was a bonus. The managers were friendly and accommodating, even when we arrived late at night. The condo itself was cute and well-stocked with everything we needed. The resort provided beach toys, chairs, and umbrellas without any extra fees. It was in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. I can't wait to book here again!

As young families, we loved the fully-equipped kitchen and supplies, making it easy to prepare meals. The abundance of bath and beach towels was a bonus. The friendly management, Paula and Ron, ensured a comfortable stay. The location was ideal for bird-watching at the Kealia Pond national wildlife refuge and exploring nearby whale-watching beaches. It also served as a convenient base to explore the rest of the island while still being close to restaurants and markets in Kihei.

The location of the condo was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, and stores. It was also close to highways that led to other parts of the island. Another great aspect was the calm beachfront, perfect for swimming and paddleboarding in the mornings. the view of the sunset in the evenings was absolutely stunning. the condo also had a pool which was a nice bonus.

The AC unit in the bedroom had mold and needed a deep clean. We chose not to use it and relied on the AC unit in the living room instead.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The location was fantastic, just a few steps from the beach. Keyless entry made it convenient and worry-free. The condo was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable furniture and a beautiful bathroom. a great place to relax and unwind.

Our stay at Kai Oceanfront Condos was truly memorable. We spent a week here, enjoying the beautiful beachfront location of Unit 1. The sound of the surf and the stunning view of the ocean from our doorstep made our stay magical. The unit itself, although older, was comfortably updated and provided all the amenities we needed. The full kitchen was a bonus, making our longer stay both easy and affordable. The fast internet and friendly, independent atmosphere added to the charm of the place. We especially loved the presence of the sweet kitties on the property. we would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for us, as it was close to the Kealia Pond national wildlife refuge and whale-watching beaches. The staff, Paula and Ron, were friendly and managed the property well. We enjoyed the amazing ocean views from our end unit and the friendly atmosphere among the other guests. a great place to stay for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.
