The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options, including delicious Western and Vietnamese dishes.

The cocktails, snacks, and dinner options at the hotel were not up to par, lacking in taste and quality.

Nothing to fault.

We had a fantastic time during our romantic escape at this hotel. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. the location was perfect, within walking distance to the local town, night market, and local market. We also loved that the hotel had shuttles to the beach, making it easy for us to relax by the ocean. the two pools were a great bonus, providing options for both families and adults.

While our overall experience was wonderful, there were a couple of minor downsides. We stayed in a room near the bridge, which was a bit noisy throughout the day.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Rivertown Hoi An Resort & Spa. The location was ideal, right by the river, offering beautiful views. The swimming pools were fantastic and the spa was a great way to unwind. The dining area exceeded my expectations, especially the breakfast which was one of the best I've had. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. The cleanliness, AC, and WiFi were all excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful experience.

During our Thanksgiving stay, we enjoyed the complimentary airport pick-up that made our arrival easy and hassle-free. the hotel's location was great, allowing us to have stunning views of the river while sitting on our spacious balcony. the staff was also very friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start.

Although the stay was great overall, we did experience some spotty TV reception during our downtime. However, this was a minor issue in comparison to the great service provided by the staff and the hotel's location.

the staff were friendly, professional and very accommodating, ensuring our spa and leisure needs were met throughout our stay with a wide range of spa treatments and outdoor facilities like sun loungers and the garden area for relaxation. the restaurant was the highlight with exceptional cuisine and a unique selection of special diet menus served with flavorsome local ingredients.

We experienced minor issues with the service, as the hotel restaurant was slightly understaffed during busy periods. Nonetheless, the staff demonstrated excellent service regardless of the overall availability of the hotel's leisure and dining experiences.

As a solo traveler, I loved the variety of activities offered at the hotel. From bike rentals to regular shuttles, there were plenty of options to explore Hoi An at my own pace.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the old town but still peaceful and quiet. the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and the service level exceeded our expectations. the hotel itself was well-maintained and the best we've experienced in our travels. the two pools were a great bonus and the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of dishes. the staff provided helpful information about the hotel and nearby attractions, and their English was excellent.

I had a fantastic stay here. The staff were attentive and friendly, always going above and beyond to meet my needs. The hotel grounds were beautiful with two pools and plenty of seating areas. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with a furnished balcony as an added bonus. The breakfast buffet was fabulous, offering a mix of Eastern and Western cuisine. The staff made sure everything was fresh and hot, and the live egg cooking station was a real treat. I also enjoyed the traditional music evenings in the restaurant. The location of the hotel was great, close to the old town and with free bikes provided for exploring. The beach shuttle was convenient and the beach facility had a lovely cafe. The swimming pool was fantastic, perfect for a refreshing swim.
