Our stay at Rivertown Hoi An Resort & Spa was a true delight! The lovely pools provided a refreshing escape after exploring the bustling streets of Hoi An, and the breakfast was unparalleled with its variety of local dishes. We enjoyed evenings by the pool bar, where the staff made us feel like family, always ready with a smile and great recommendations.

The bar and restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed and struggled with communication in English, leading to frustrating service experiences. Additionally, the comfort of the beds was lacking, resulting in poor sleep throughout our trip.

The noise from a nearby moto bridge at night could be disruptive, especially for those in river view rooms.
