What an amazing experience during New Year's Eve! The hotel location was perfect for us as we were able to walk to the fireworks by the river and enjoy the local pubs. The room was spacious, very comfortable and had a great view of the surroundings. We also loved the fact that the hotel provided complimentary drinks and snacks on arrival and during the evening festivities.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganised during breakfast the next morning, which was a real shame after such a great evening. We also found that the bathroom could have been cleaner, which was a bit of a let-down.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel on the outskirts of town, nestled in a picturesque little park. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The service was impeccable, with friendly and helpful staff who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of my room, which had a beautiful view of the garden and even a private terrace where I could relax. The amenities provided, such as ironing facilities and tea/coffee making facilities, added to the convenience and comfort of my stay.
