the breakfast offered a variety of options, both Western and Asian. the rooms were clean and of a decent size, with comfortable beds. the location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the Old Town. We also appreciated the complimentary bikes that allowed us to explore the area easily.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel! the room was well equipped with plenty of multi plugs for charging our devices, a comfortable bed, great cable TV, and a balcony. the swimming pools were amazing, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Throughout our two-week stay, we were impressed by the dedicated and hardworking staff, especially the reception and restaurant staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helped arrange a doctor's visit when I fell ill. the restaurant staff treated us like friends, always professional and dedicated. Spent Xmas break with family and had a good time. the breakfast offered a variety of tasty food including crispy bacon and pastries. the location was convenient, close to the old town, and quiet at night. the shuttle to An Bang beach saved us money and the staff were friendly.

I stayed at Silkotel for a few days during my visit to Hoi An. The location was perfect, just one street from the Old Town. The room was neat, modern, and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the pool and the Old Town. The spa was top class and the couples Vietnamese massage was lovely. The hotel offered seamless airport transfers and complimentary bicycle rentals to explore the city. The entire hotel had a fresh and calm environment, and the staff was excellent with great English knowledge. Highly recommended!
