Nothing, all was good.

The hotel had exceptional staff who were really friendly and welcoming. The room was modern and comfortable, well worth upgrading to a lake view. The dining room had a beautiful view and the food was delicious, albeit quite pricey. The hotel offered a variety of activities for families with children.

Felt so at home, nothing to complain about.

The hotel boasted amazing views and beautiful surroundings. the indoor and outdoor pools were great additions, and the fact that they offered free Wi-Fi was a nice surprise. the rooms were clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The downside was that the dinner prices were high and the portion sizes were small. While the breakfast was good, it was quite crowded and it was a challenge finding a seat.
