We recently stayed at a new hotel in Hoi An, the Delicacy Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the attentive staff and their warm welcome. the rooms were beautifully decorated, especially our connecting family room. the beds were incredibly comfortable, providing the best sleep we've had in Vietnam. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling old town.

I had the most delightful stay at the Hoi An Delicacy Hotel & Spa. The hotel team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness throughout my visit. The manager personally checked in with me to ensure everything was perfect. My room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. I was sad to leave and couldn't stop thinking about this amazing hotel all day. I highly recommend the Hoi An Delicacy Hotel & Spa for its exceptional service and superb accommodations.

The staff was courteous, helpful and attentive. the room I stayed in was comfortable, clean and spacious. the hotel provided various amenities such as a rooftop bar, a spa, and free breakfast which made my stay even better. the location was convenient and close to the places I wanted to visit.

The pool was too cold for me to use, which was a bit disappointing. Another issue was that the bed was a bit too warm and made it hard for me to sleep comfortably.

This hotel is situated in a great area, just a short walk to the city center. The rooms are clean and airy, offering a perfect temperature thanks to the efficient air conditioning. The breakfast selection is delicious, with a variety of tasty options. The staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home. The pool is a great place to relax and cool down after a day of sightseeing.

One downside is that the hotel lacks a spa facility.
