had an amazing valentine's day stay in hue. holiday diamond hotel exceeded our expectations with friendly staff, clean room, and great location. highly recommend!

Breakfast options could be improved.

They even went the extra mile and called the bus company to check if they could arrange a pick-up for us. the room was clean and spacious, with good-sized windows that allowed plenty of natural light to come in. the breakfast included was delicious, with a variety of fruits, toasts, and eggs to choose from. the hotel's location was convenient, close to restaurants and shops.

It made it difficult to relax and sleep peacefully. the hotel's elevator was small and could get crowded at times, which was a bit inconvenient.

holiday diamond was a delightful surprise. the helpful staff and unlimited breakfast made our stay enjoyable. rooms were clean and comfy, ac was blissful.

I had the most comfortable stay at Holiday Diamond! The beds were so cozy with a soft foam on top, making it the best sleep I've had in a hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us, even organizing drivers and finding rare places like a brass foundry. The breakfasts were generous and delicious, and the location was perfect, with great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The staff at this hotel made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. They even took the time to show us a map of the area and gave us recommendations on where to go. the location of the hotel is great, with a "quiet-door" between the lobby and rooms, ensuring a peaceful environment. the room, although not very spacious, was warm and cozy. We loved that it was near the Huong Riverside, Public Garden, and the Western Street, where we could easily grab a beer and chat. our experience at Holiday Diamond was excellent.

The hotel's location in a quiet side street allowed us to easily walk to major places such as the Perfume River and the old Imperial City. the rooms were nice, and we were particularly impressed with the helpful and reliable staff, especially Minh and Anna. Communication before our arrival was also fabulous. We can't praise this hotel enough and will definitely stay there again in the future.

We had a fantastic stay at Holiday Diamond! the staff were sincerely friendly and provided a warm welcome upon our arrival. They were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, giving us recommendations for a great day tour and providing a small laptop with excellent WIFI in our room. the room itself had many great features including a bathtub, shower curtain, and a full-length mirror. the location was also quiet and away from traffic noise.
