We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel staff, especially Jenny at reception, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They upgraded our room twice, giving us a spacious room with large windows and minimal street noise. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. Jenny also provided us with valuable travel information. On the day we left for Sapa, they even allowed us to use the shower room before our bus journey, free of charge. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

What a great weekend! the hotel was located perfectly in the heart of the city. We didn't need a taxi to get around, as everything was within walking distance. the staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We loved the fact that they offered a delicious breakfast and the room was cleaned daily. the icing on the cake was definitely the complimentary WIFI and cable TV, which kept us entertained during our downtime.
