We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a stroll away from the main square and close to all the tourist places. It was also conveniently located outside the city center, with a couple of bakeries and convenience stores within a 2-minute walking distance. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious rooms that had large windows and comfortable beds. We especially appreciated the fact that we could self-cater in our room, as it had everything we needed for cooking. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Our family enjoyed the spacious and modern interiors, fully equipped kitchenette, and efficient AC. The private garage was convenient and the location was perfect for exploring the Old Town Market Square and other attractions. Grocery shopping and a shopping mall were also nearby.

All was perfect.

The location of W Sercu Krakowa Aparthotel was absolutely perfect, as it was just a short walking distance from the city center. The room itself was spacious and clean, providing us with ample space during our stay. The washroom was spacious as well, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped for our short stay, allowing us to prepare meals easily.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the uncomfortable pillows and the lack of electrical plugs in the bedroom, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience.

We stayed in an apartment during Christmas that had two complementary facts that were a great touch. the apartment was in a great location, with convenience stores and bakeries just around the corner. the view from the apartment was also incredible.

The beds were one piece which made the sleeping experience uncomfortable. the check-in and check-out times were not ideal and made the schedule of our trip hectic.
