We had a great stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, making it easy for us to explore all the sights. We were impressed with the quality of the service and the range of amenities provided. The staff were attentive and helpful, especially Johnny and Jenny at the front desk who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with all the necessary amenities such as air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. We also appreciated the option of in-room breakfast and the dining restaurant which served delicious meals. Additionally, the hotel had a swimming pool and sun terrace, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

We arrived at the apartments and our room wasn't ready yet, but the staff was accommodating and gave us a free upgrade to a larger room. The location of the hotel was great, with plenty of shops and attractions within walking distance. The reception staff was very helpful in recommending local tours and attractions. The room itself was comfortable and clean, with plenty of space to spread out. We also appreciated the hotel arranging our airport pick-up.

During my stay in District 1, I was impressed with the hotel's location. It was conveniently situated near the markets, bars, and a park, providing a vibrant and lively atmosphere. Additionally, there was an outdoor market nearby that added a delightful touch to the surroundings.

The rooms were somewhat dated, which slightly affected the overall experience.

The service staff were excellent and attended to our requests very efficiently. the location was perfect, as it was close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. One more advantage that we enjoyed was the spacious and quiet accommodation.

The cafe staff were not attentive enough, and we had to wait for about 10 minutes to be served on one occasion. We also noticed that the staff didn't smile when serving us, which made us feel a bit unwelcome.
